1.Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement,VisualOn and ODM agree that Exhibit A of the Agreement be replaced by Exhibit D at the end of this ADDENDUM C.
2.This ADDENDUM C is an integral part of the Agreement and is incorporated therein and made a part thereof by this reference.The terms used herein which are defined or specified in the Agreement shall have the meanings indicated in the Agreement where the context permits unless otherwise indicated herein.If there are any inconsistencies between the provisions of this ADDENDUM C and the provisions of the Agreement,the provisions of this ADDENDUM C shall prevail.
3.Except as specifically stated in this ADDENDUM C,the Agreement is in all other respects ratified,confirmed and continues in full force and effect and apply to this ADDENDUM C.
