如果用won't (你所说的will't不成立）,老师不会同意这样的事,（很坚决）.
如果用don't ,老师不允许,没有余地.

形式上可以，但语气和意思上就有变化了。wouldn't相对来说比较委婉一些，won't(will not)则表示将来不会…而don't allow则表示很坚决地不允许。
