For the last 5 months since the economic downturn started in Oct 2008 we will able to keep ourselves busy and afloat.But since than the crisis has deepened and there is no sign of bottoming any time soon.We are experiencing a drastic drop in orders and cash flow is tightening as well.In this difficult time we will need tough and swift actions in order to save jobs (as much as we wish to) and stay viable.We will be implementing 4 days work week for all the operations as a temporary measure to cut cost.We will need to remain focus and motivated (I know is difficult but we have to).I need your support and understanding.

- Protect cash flow vigilantly,even daily,and use cash more efficiently
- Use ground intelligence to survive the storm and position our business to thrive in the aftermath
