TEACHER’S HARMONIOUS WORKING CONDITION
"Ci Hai" has two definitions of “environment”:First,it
refers to a certain region; second,it refers to the outside world
around the human beings,and it is also the complex of social
and material conditions for humans to develop and survive.
Obviously,the first kind of definition is the narrow concept of
“environment”,pointing to the partial region only; the second
kind of definition is the broad concept of “environment”,
which people use under ordinary conditions,and this kind of
environment is the sum of some external factors and
conditions acting on the people.Here,we use the second kind
of definition of “environment”.
In the head teacher’s harmonious working environment,
the teacher’s work is suited with student's cognition
characteristic,physical and mental development of students’
needs as well as the growing laws,moreover,this natural,
equal,democratic,opening and interactive environment can
ensure teacher’s work go on smoothly and promote the overall
harmonious development of students,the nature,the equal,the
