我觉得这几道有点相像的.
Q1：关于第一道,我不解的是为什么可以用be starting .start又不是一个延续性动词 也不见得是像go一样的去向性动词啊,为什么就不可以用will start啊
Q2：关于第二道,我同第一题,finish是个瞬间性动词啊,为什么不可以用D呢
Q3：关于第三题,by the time 后面不是要完成时吗?

3、第一句是描述一种事实,用一般现在时表示就可以了.第二句的前半句有will,后面直接用现在时态表达就好.be to do 是表示将会怎么样,这里不需要用将来时态；be doing是进行时态,表示正在进行的事情,也可以表示短时期内即将到来的事情.
