4楼倒装是对了,但是语序还是稍嫌欠缺.
what引导感叹句,“what little there is”这个结构跟“what a beautiful flower it is”这个句子的结构式类似的,实际上用了一些后置,原语序应该是“what little of my spare time there is”,就是what+冠词+代词/here/there+be表感叹.只不过时间是不可数名词,所以就没有量词.
后面这半句应该这样分：The home improvement has taken little of my spare time.其中what…there is就是修饰little啦,表达一种程度上的感叹.翻译过来就是说“占用了我多么少的一点空闲时间”.
