I want to say that although it was not the first time that I went to your house，用that定语从句的关系词，但后面的but 不能再使用了，although 不与but成对使用。

first time 后面引导的都是用that, 所以没错~~~

首先，although 和but 不能同时出现在一个句子中，although意思是：虽然.....但是 。 我觉得改过来应该是这样的：I want to say that it was not the first time（that） I went to your house，but+ 从句。.

• 句型： It is/was the first/second/…time that sb has done/had done sth.
