System Application
In order to test how well the system works,it is necessary
to use it to produce customized clothing.A person,who has
a taller and thinner body size compared to that of average
young adult,was selected as the subject.By applying the
developed system using the subject’s body dimensions,a set
of customized baseball shirt and pants were made.For
purposes of comparison,clothes were made using the
grading method as well.As illustrated in Figure 7,both the
customized shirt and pants made by the system fit the
subject’s body better than those made using the grading
method.The length of shirt and pants made by general
grading pattern,which was done by the girths,was too short
for the subject because the subject’s bust girth and waist
girth were relative small compared to his height.However,
the length of clothing made by customized pattern was
appropriate because the length was enlarged according to the
subject’s height after grading the length.We also compared
the two patterns by measuring them,as shown in Table 1.
Bust girth and waist girth were proper in both patterns,but
back length and slacks length were better in the clothes
produced using the customized pattern.

为了测试系统优越性,现需用其生产特定服装.相较于普通年轻成年人更高更瘦的身材将被选为模板体裁.将参照个体的身材指数应用到成熟的系统上生产了一系列的特制棒球衫和裤子.为进行比较,用分级法制作了另一批衣服.如图7所述,系统特制的上衣和裤子比分级法制作的衣服更好的贴合参照个体的身体.用普通分级模式,即周长制作而成的上衣和裤子长度相较实体过短,因为模特的胸围和臀围相较其身高较小. 然而,定制模式制作的衣服长度是适当的因为在对长度进性分级之后,系统依据模特的身高将衣服的长度延伸了.我们还通过测量比较了两种模式, 数据如表格1所示.两种模式中的胸围和臀围数据均正确, 但是定制模式所称产的衣服的背长和裤长条件更加优越.
