not...any more为固定搭配,表示不再,所以前句意思为：我不能再忍受这课了.有时候也用not...any longer后句注重说时间上,前者注重说分量上.
couldn't ...more 用对比较级的否定来表最高级的含义,即相当于我极力赞同.第二句的结构也不一定是用more,还可用其他此的比较级,如 I couldn't be happier.即我不能更高兴了,我高兴到了极致.
