From the first 2 points,it can be expressed in the form of y = ax(x-3)
It passes thru (1 -2):-2 = a*1*(1-3)
a = 1
y = x(x-3)
y = ax^2 + bx + c
c = 3
y(1) = a + b + 3 = -2
a+b = -5
you only got two conditions and the quadratic function can't be determined
