不能去掉，这已经是固定短语了。但是take a walk（去散步）可以去掉。
a在复数的时候不能加，还有在已经知道一个物体的情况下不用a。
例如：A book is on the desk这是以前没有提过书。如果前面已经提过了书则用The book is on the desk。
