鼠标最开始只是间歇的光电不好使,但后来就完全不行,换了一个无线的光电鼠标还是依旧的问题,这些鼠标在其他电脑上都好使,打了售后服务电话,按照说的恢复了bios默认,安装了新的主板和电源驱动都不行,然后恢复了以前备份过的系统还是不行,很奇怪,外接的USB有线和无线鼠标都是左右键、滚轮好使,就是光电不亮无法移动,触摸板和小红帽都正常,笔记本面板上的左右键也正常,已经好几个月不能使USB鼠标了,工作效率大打折扣,
