我上次正好问过老师这个,老师回答如下：
如果(that/who)指代的是从句中的宾语,则可省略.
如果(that/who)指代的是从句中的主语,则不能省略.
which也同样.

定语从句：关系代词（that\which\who等）做宾语可以省略，关系代词（that\which\who等）做主语不能省略，你在仔细看一下书本上讲的定语从句语法部分，很快就明白了。
