\x05氮氧化物(NOx)对生态环境和人类健康造成极大的危害,成为当前环境领域的重要研究课题之一.[14]含NOx工业废气常用的脱硝方法有吸收法、氧化-吸收法和吸附法.本设计针对制药厂排放的含NOx废气氧化度低、常温常压排放的特点,采用气相催化氧化-碱液吸收法进行工艺设计.
\x05本设计工序包括:NOx废气除水和氧化,两级吸收塔吸收NOx废气,副产物NaNO2的分离提纯和NaNO3的分离提纯三部分.其中,氧化除水吸附剂选用活性炭,催化剂选用ZSM-5分子筛,吸收塔采用填料塔,吸收液采用NaOH溶液.
\x05效果:经过两级吸收塔吸收处理,最终NOx出口排放浓度为0.14mg/m3,排放流量为1.256kg/h,小于国家NOx排放标准(GB16297-1996):浓度≤0.15mg/m3,40m排气筒流量≤4.4kg/h.吸收液经简单处理可得具有一定经济价值的副产物NaNO2380.1t/a,和NaNO3423.7t/a.(产量),总运行成本为255.53万元/年,副产品效益为216.58万元/年,实际操作成本38.95万元.
