1.Should all first time shoplifters be put on probation?
In my opinion, all first time shoplifters should be put on probation（缓刑）.The reason are as follws. For one thing,they should be punished for their wrong deed.——theft. For another,however,they should also be given a chance to recall what they have
done and consider what should do in the future,which is aimed to educate them and help them keep in mind the rules and laws of society.
2.Do you think that more criminals are caught these days?WHY or why not?
In fact,more criminals ,from my point of view,are caught these days because there are less crimes now and we feel more safe whether staying at home or going out for holiday or travel.
