What is a very important skill a person should learn in order to be successful in the world today?
People will learn a big number of skills in their lives,some are ugly,others are wonderful,these skills more or less influence the future of the people,or even the lives of them.As far as I am concerned,the most important skill of a person should learn in their lives is honesty.
First and the foremost,honesty is a basically moral for everybody,everything can not go on without it.When we pay for the tax,always we need hand in the money automatically,the same as paying for the tickets ,purchasing the goods or promising something.Obviously,the society is well going on with everybody’s honesty.
Then,honesty is a rule in many fields ,such as army,companies,government.For example,I am a merchant,I promise that I would give these products to Tom,but some days later could he pay for me,no until the day when he could pay me in time,I sold these products to Mary.Virtually ,I do not lose anything,like money or something else,but I do lose the honesty,the most important skill that a businessman should have.Maybe in some day,Tom has a big deal,and he would never call me forever.In this point,I lost pretty much more than the money which I had earn from that time.
In addition,honesty can help me to get well along with others,and have more friends around you.They may feel that I am a person who can trust completely.They may tell me the secrets they have and that may improve the friendship.
In conclusion,a variety of skills people should learn in their lives,but we should choose the more helpful and more important skills which are good for ourselves or others.In my view,the very important skill a person should learn should be honesty.
