Tell me and "give me" makes a parallel structure.
where and "what" could be the right answer too,but "what you account of" does not make sense."Account" as a verb works with "for" and "as".
The 4th question actually points out a typical grammar point in SAT.The order of two actions "plead and agree" could be shown by using "have done and did" structure.Make your life easier and just remember this structure.
