先说一下一个错误 .around本身就是遍及的意思,所以不用再加all.
第一句 那个Which 修饰的是定语从句.不叫什么形容词状语.
What引导名词性从句.
名词性从句包括 主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句 和同位语从句等.
This picture what is blue is the one what i'm looking for.
这一句中的两个What都用错了.可改成
This blue picture is the one that I 'm looking for.
其中that修饰的是定语从句
This picture is blue what is the one what i'm looking for
第二句语法错误太严重了.可以说除了前半句 This picture is blue 是正确的外.后面半句都错了.

你改后的那个句子还是不对，the one 后面是不能接what的。分析句子the blue picture是主语,系动词is做谓语，the one是表语，后面再接从句是为了修饰the one，也就是定语从句。应该用which或that。
