火电厂循环冷却水系统是以水作为冷却介质,并循环使用的一种冷却水系统.在凝汽器中,循环水将汽轮机排汽冷凝下来,带走蒸汽放出的汽化潜热,并因此在凝汽器中形成高度真空,从而降低了汽轮机的排汽压力,使汽轮机的理想焓降增大,功率增加.
The recycled cooling water system is a system applying recycled water as a cooling medium. The recycled water in the condenser condenses the exhaust gas from the steam turbine, carries off the steam evaporated latent heat, and creates a high vacuum in the condenser, thus, reduces the exhaust pressure of the steam turbine, and increases its ideal enthalpy and capacity.
而在电力生产的过程当中需要消耗大量的水资源,我国是一个水资源严重缺乏的国家,因此因地制宜的选用循环水冷却系统是十分必要的,在这样的前提下本文进行了火电厂600MW机组循环水冷却系统管路设计,本系统为双泵双流程闭式循环水冷却系统,本设计所涉及的问题主要有三个:主干线管道直径的设计;凝汽器冷却管直径的设计以及循环水泵功率的选择.
Large consumption of water resources is required during the electric power generating process; considering China is a country gravely short of water resources, it is necessary to suit the local condition by using recycled cooling water system. As such, this paper conducts a pipeline design of a recycled cooling water system for a 600MW power plant unit. This design is a double-pump dual-process closed cycle water cooling system which involves three major issues: trunk pipeline diameter design, condenser cooling pipe diameter design and the selection of the recycled water pump power capacity.
首先是对系统主管路管径的设计,先假设一个管径,通过计算主干线管路内的流动损失,找到一个可以把流动损失控制在设计范围内的相对应的管径.其次是对凝汽器内散热管直径的设计计算,根据《火力发电厂凝汽器管选材导则》选择合理的冷却水流速以及冷却管材料,假设管径及壁厚,计算凝汽器冷却管尺寸,并用凝汽器水阻HEI计算方法计算水侧损失,找出损失在设计范围内的对应的管径.最后选择循环水泵功率.
Firstly, it is to assume a pipe diameter for the trunk pipeline diameter design, and by calculating the internal flow loss of the trunk pipeline, a corresponding pipe diameter which can control the flow loss within the design range is determined. Secondly, the design of the radiator pipe diameter in the condenser is calculated; the flow rate of the cooling water and the cooling pipe material are selected in accordance with “The Guidelines for the Selection of Condenser Tubes in Thermal Power Plant”. The size of the condenser cooling pipe is calculated by hypothesizing the pipe diameter and thickness, and the water side loss is calculated by applying the HEI condenser water resistance calculation method, so that a pipe diameter corresponding to the loss within the design range is determined. Finally, the power capacity of the recycled water pump is selected.
