• Set and control,within the quality system,the response and corrective actions associated with customer complaints.Establish appropriate and adequate tracking systems to assure effective implementation.
• Report on the state of the Quality System via Management Review Process.
• Review and control all procedures,specifications and work instructions that affect quality.
• Monitor required changes to customer,national and international quality system requirements and implement for compliance.(i.e.,QS,ISO,etc.).
• Set and maintain the company audit schedule including internal reviews and clearance of noncompliance.
• Undertake additional and or changing duties directed by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in engineering,technical or other related discipline.
• Five years of experience minimum in manufacturing,manufacturing engineering,product engineering or quality assurance and at least 2 years in manager position
• A demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods,approaches & tools,including strategic planning and project management.
Six Sigma,Quality Management System standards (i.e.ISO,QS,etc)
• Interpersonal Communications and Leadership Skills Development.
• Excellent English and computer skills
