I think these systems are very reasonable.Once when I was read a book, heard the students kept talking beside the table, felt very uncomfortable.Soon , I put down the books and out of the library. Wear slippers into the library and spitting and littering, I think this is not respect the book is not to respect our own behavior.Smoking is not good for us but also harmful to others, so the library doesn't allow smoking in public places like this. Care of public finance is the responsibility of each one of us, if there is no such institutional constraints people, the library provides reading environment is destroyed.I think that these systems are in full for the reader to consider.
