语法完全正确,但是在修辞方面需要商榷,主要以下几点：
一、The information contained in this design is the sole property by myself.
1.information倒是事实或数据的汇总,但却是个抽象名词,如果改为facts and data或者直接用 date 更为具体,
2.contain 表示“由...组成”,如：
Pig iron may contain 4％ of carbon.生铁可含百分之四的碳.
以上例句表示由...组成的“包括”,排除了carbon 以外的成分.设计中还有的东西也是需要保护的,如构思、描述数据的独创文字等,因此用contain就会把其他东西排除掉.
3.property 改为 copyright 更为贴切；by myself 行文又随便之嫌,板着面孔申明显得不够,不如改为 the designer.
4.sole property 意思是“唯一的产权”,难道设计者就不会有其他的吗?
建议修改：All the facts and data in this design are the copyright (或者property right) belonging to the designer only.
二、any reproduction in part or as a whole without the written permission by designer is prohibited.
1.单用 reproduction 不够,再加上 plagiarize 就会更全面,而且也和后面的所表述的部分或全部有了呼应；
2.既然前面是 in part,as a whole 改为 in whole 更好,何况 as a whole 只表明作为全部的照搬,显得不够严谨；
3.the written permission 是否改为 the permission with written authorization
建议修改：Any reproduction or plagiarize in part or in whole without the permission with written authorization by the designer is prohibited.

reproduction不能这么用的....plagiarize会好一点么？
还有myself...如果你下面用的是designer最好上面也用designer。
