For example, it is hard to remember the vocabulary,to write a good composition or to read fluently.What are the good methods?How can we get it?First, we can practice every day.We can talk to each other in english and we can read and write as well.Then,we can get help from our teachers. As a student it is always a good time to seek help from our teachers. They can solve most problems we fail to figure out on our own. Finally, it is persistence that keeps us from quiting. Only if we learn every chance we got, can we suceed in achieving our goal. Some people think that the use factor of the English so low that there is no need for everyone to learn it.The reason why learning English is so popular is that someone overvalue its importance,as a result,learning English is promoted by them even become the way of measuring learners' educational level.Without doubt,it is a mistaken idea.
However,several people think that it is necessary for everyone to learn English,which has been a global language as well as a skill should be handled by everyone.The materials in many fields are expressed in English,one have to wait for others translation if one doesn't know English,and one won't get the material he really want.Besides,most of the international research and communication are based on English,therefore,one must learn English.
In my opinion,to learn Chinese is the most important,then,one can learn some English to certain degree according to the practical situation.
