As previously described and discussed upon signing,your tenancy agreement is for a fixed period of time and we do consider it to be binding.If you have to leave University and can no longer continue your tenure in our property please contact us as soon as possible.In almost all cases your tenancy agreement will continue and be considered binding until a replacement tenant is found.You can use the various means at your disposal to find a replacement tenant and we will also do our best to help find a replacement.We are likely to make a small charge to cover any costs that we incur as a result,normally in the region of £150.Please remember we charge no fees when setting up a tenancy,and only do so on this occasion to cover our costs.These costs are incurred by helping you to release yourself from the tenancy agreement.
