It's July,most of us are on holiday.I arrange it in order to make it meaningful and diverse.Of course,I'll finish my homework,take exercises every morning and a walk after dinner.Besides these,I'd like to learn how to cook meals,for I'm mature gradually and must be independent and no longer just rely on parents.What's more,I really expect to travel to Shanghai for World Expo.It's a precious opportunity to appreciate the get-together of different cultures and sciences.I wish I would have a fulfilled summer vacation.
After there years is study ,I feel very tird .This is a good chance to plan my summer holiday .First,I want to Beijing to relax myself .Beijing is the capital of our country .And there are many place of interest there,such as the Palace Museum,the Summer Palace,the Great Wall and so on .I have been to the Great Wall before,so I will visit it first.Then I would like to visit Tsinghua University,one of the most famous universities in china,because I want to study there some day.I believe my my dream will come true.
After that,I plan go over my lessons and preview what I am going to learn in senior school in order to make great progress.I am sure I will have a pleasant and happy holiday.

As the summer vacation is coming,our class made a discussion about its plan,and students had different ideas.
Some students prefer to stay at home.They believe it's convenient for them to do anything they want at anytime,and don't have to worry about what they eat and where they get sleeps for their parents will prepare everything ready.What's more,it won't cost much money for them to stay at home,and their payment is mainly connected with the electricity charges.However,they miss the good chance to get to know the outside world so that they are not able to broaden their field of view.
However,some other students would like to go outside for visits.They think that only in this way can they know more about the world,including the local customs and traditions,by the way,their horizon can be greatly broadened.But the disadvantage is that they have to pay more about the accommodation.
In my opinion,do some proper going out is good for our health and it can help us relax to better meet the new term.

One possible version：
The winter holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think it’s both convenient and comfortable. What’s more, they can save money for other purposes. But they will lose the chance of getting to know the outside world.
However, others prefer to go out for traveling since it can increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. But they will spend more money and meet some difficulties while traveling.
In my opinion, it would be much better to stay at home, for I can do what I like, such as reading books, watching TV, and helping my parents with the housework.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation
The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.
How I Spent My Summer Vacation(2)
Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.
