This is a dietitian's recommendations:

Do you eat 6-11 servings from the bread, rice, cereal and pasta group, 3 of which should be whole grains? Do you eat 2-4 servings of fruit and 3-5 servings of vegetables? If you don't enjoy some of these at first, give them another chance. Look through cookbooks for tasty ways to prepare unfamiliar foods.
2. Eat regular meals. Skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger, often resulting in overeating. When you're very hungry, it's also tempting to forget about good nutrition. Snacking between meals can help curb hunger, but don't eat so much that your snack becomes an entire meal.
3. Balance your food choices over time. Not every food has to be "perfect." When eating a food high in fat, salt or sugar, select other foods that are low in these ingredients. If you miss out on any food group one day, make up for it the next. Your food choices over several days should fit together into a healthy pattern.
4. Know your diet pitfalls. To improve your eating habits, you first have to know what's wrong with them. Write down everything you eat for three days. Then check your list according to the rest of these tips. Do you add a lot of butter, creamy sauces or salad dressings? Rather than eliminating these foods, just cut back your portions. Are you getting enough fruits and vegetables? If not, you may be missing out on vital nutrients.
5. Remember, foods are not good or bad. Select foods based on your total eating patterns, not whether any individual food is "good" or "bad." Don't feel guilty if you love foods such as apple pie, potato chips, candy bars or ice cream. Eat them in moderation, and choose other foods to provide the balance and variety that are vital to good health.

Dear students,
Nowadays people are more and more health concious.
I would like to share a few healthy eating guidelines with all of you, i hope this will beneficial to you.before i start i would like tell you that All of energy are from the following, Carbohydrates, fat, protein.in other words those are the only foods which gives us energy.
1)
We should eat plenty of whole grains,eg wholegrain bread,
because they contain alot of fibre, fibre is good for our body becasue it helps the bowel movement, therefore prevent bowel disorder, such as constipation.(全麦食品,帮助消化,预防消化疾病)
2)
Eat alot of fruit and vegetable, because they give us alot of vitamins and mineral which are essential for teenagers .Eg orange contains vitmin C which gives us a healthy blood vessel and help us fight aginst colds,flus. Vitmin B helps release energy from food.( 水果蔬菜给维他命,矿物质,我给你举例拉)
3)Drink alot of water
Drink about 2litres a day, because i am aware of that a lot of young people does not drink water, they tend to drink a lot of fizzy drink Which are not good. (多喝水,少喝饮料,因为年轻人都喜欢和饮料,忽略水这个健康饮品)
4) eat healthy snack avoid sugar and fats
eat less sweets and chocolate them junk foods , eat fruits ,nuts etc instead, they junk food are high in sugar fats which could lead to overweight and a lot of other problems (吃健康零时,我给你写垃圾食品的坏处拉)
5) eat regular meals , don't skip breakfast
make sure you contain foods from at least 3 of the the following groups, thats carbohydrates, meat, fruit and vegetable ,milk cheese yogurt , breakfast is the most important part of the diet so don't skip it (吃早餐,平衡饮食,告诉你啦)
