In my opinion, it shouldn't be done like that. Although teachers play important role in teaching the students, but the results are still depend on the students themselves. Students' performance in academic is not fully depend on their teachers. It is not fair for a teacher if he or she teaches hard but a student doesn't work hard. Same as it is not fair for a student if he or she studies smart while the teacher did nothing.
