当代资产阶级人权观具有多元化特点,最有代表性的还是：天赋人权观．
主要代表是英国的洛克,美国的潘恩和以卢梭为代表的法国启蒙思想家．
1.人权是与生俱来的,人权因此是绝对的,超社会的,主要强调人权的自然属性．
2.人权是普遍的．在一个社会中,不管人的阶级地位如何,都有相同权利．
3.对于人权内容,美国人权认为首要权利是政治权利,强调个人主义,个人权利大于集体．
与此相对．中国人权主要以马克思主义为理论．强调人权的社会属性,强调人权具有特殊性,人权首要的是生存和发展的权利,集体利益高于个人．
the most representative human rights theory is innate human rights.the main representative thinkers include John Locke in Britan,Thomas Paine in USA and Jean Jacques in France and so on.
they mainly bebieve in:
1.human rights are rights of birth.they are absolute and they emphasize on the natural attributes of human rights.
2.human rights are universal．
3.in america the most important right is political right,right to vote or something like that.individualism is accepted by most people.
individual interests are above collective interests.
While in china the most important human rights theory is Maxism.it emphasizes the social attributes and particularity of human rights.the primary right in human rights is right to subsistence and development.and it also believes in that collective interests are always above individual interests.

this can not be achieved. because human rights is just not something to speak about. BTW its difference not different.
