额 就是现在分词做状语啊 saying 是伴随前面reminds发生的,但是不能同时出现两个谓语 所以就把say加ing做伴随状语,而say后面加that 是后面的内容属于say的宾语,是一个宾语从句
补充一点,宾语补足语是什么?我举个例子吧 give it to me 其中it是give的宾语 me就是宾语补足语 然后就是 我一直只知道英语中有主谓宾定状表 没有听过补语 补语是语文里面的
两点，
1）就后半句，saying that ， that是从句的连词， 从句the future belongs to well-educated做saying的宾语。
2）整句话， 用saying分词从句做整句的补语
用ing 是表示saying that future belongs to well-educated是这个句子的宾语补助语，表原因。其实逗号可以用for代替。
