have been to和have gone to有啥区别啊
而have been to则是"去过". 因此,英文当中,有人会你"have u ever been to the USA?(意思是,你去过美国吗?);而不会有人问你“have u ever gone to the USA?"(因为如果你去了美国的话,你就不会站在哪里回答人家的这句话了)
然后,我们再来看否定形式"haven't been to(还没去过),而"haven't gone to"(还没去). 比如,"he hasn't been to the USA."(意思是他没有去美国),而“he hasn't gone to the USA."(他还没有去美国).

have been to somewhere曾经去过某地,已经回来了.
have gone to somewhere去了某地,还没回来.
e.g
I have been to Beijing.
Where is he?
He has gone to Beijing.

have been to 表示去过某地,已经回来了。

have been to 去过已回来
have gone to 去了还没回来
e.g
I have been to USA three times.
Where is he?
He has gone to USA.
