因为这里问现在得到电脑了吗,回答说是叔叔给买的（买完了）,意在与突"已经买了",表明已经有电脑了,强调事情的结果,所以用现在完成时恰当

我认为应该是一般过去式吧，过去完成时是过去发生的动作并对现在产生影响，一般过去式只是表示一个动作的发生。仅供参考。

用一般过去时，因为送手表发生在过去，而现在完成时多有时间状语的提示
