1.需要死记这个规律:有must 和may这样表推测的情态动词的句子的反意疑问句对事实提问,并且要遵循事实谓语的时态.做的时候可以先把原句的推测情态词去掉,还原成陈述的形式,再进行反意疑问.可以自己找些相关的句子读熟了就有语感了.比如You must be Mr.Wang,aren't you?这样夸张的句子中能轻易用语感判断不能使用“mustn't you?”反意提问吧:)
2.过去完成将来时的虚拟语气,又是要死记的固定用法.had bob walked farther= if bob had walked farther.另外,要注意的是,假如这道题改一改,had bob walked farther和 if bob had walked farther 都是选项的话,要选had bob walked farther.前者更标准,后者相对来说偏口语化.
3.It was a pleasure 是在帮别人做完之后说的,暗示“不用谢,不用客气”.而 With pleasure 是在帮别人做事之前说的,暗示“可以,好的”.从本题的前一句话可以看出,饭已经吃过了,所以用It was a pleasure.
4.这是道非常经典的英语竞赛题.关键是要灵活的反应过来,hot不仅有“热”的意思,也是英语里表示“麻、辣”的词.所以胡椒无论怎么样都是“麻、辣”的,而不是说胡椒是“热”的.
5.个人认为,knew后面的anyone 和someone都是可以的.anyone和someone这里都表示“任何人”,替换两个词不影响语意,语法上也都可以.如果一定要强调有区别的话,此处用someone显得语气平淡;anyone则暗示很难找到这样的人,或者提问者非常想找到这样的人.anyone是可以用于肯定陈述句的,表示“任何人”的含义,比如老师在上课的时候可以对同学说:“Anyone who knows the answer to my question,please raise your hand.”此时就不能用someone,只能用anyone.
6.个人认为,你的答案和标准答案都正确.这里changes更强调城市中的种种变化,change更强调城市作为一个整体发生的变化.都符合中文原题,语法上也都可以.不过不得不说的是.个人认为,如果用changes最好接in the city；change最好接of the city.虽然都可以.
7.也是经典的英语竞赛题.因为中国不是非洲的啊,所以不用any other country.如果是China is larger than _____ in Asia.就选B了.
8.如果是单纯一个口语句子的话,个人认为这里an和the都是可以的.但既然是做题,有an和the要选择,那应该选择更标准的.come to an end可以说是一种固定搭配,非常地道,毫无争议.类似的还有bring an end to 也不能用the .另外,如果end后面跟有of,则只能用the 不能用an.这里的语感很容易混淆.
