比如transaction exposure也就是transaction risk,您那里的解释,并不是一个定义,说是原因更恰当一点；作为解释,这样的表述会相对合适一点,The exchange rate risk associated with the time delay between entering into a contract and settling it.
再如transfer prcing,您只说了是coporate family之间的转移,这样比较容易让大家想到是母子公司之间转移定价,其实一个公司之间各个部门间也有transfer pricing的
