It is wellknow that china has entered into the world trade organization,namely WTO.It is one of the biggist organizations in the field of economy and trade.Since china has an very important role in the international events ,china's entry into the WTO has been focused by the whole world .
As a member of the WTO ,China will gain more opportunities than befor .Since from China's opening and reform policy,this contry has achieved great success ,especially in the field of economy.Through WTO ,China could get some favourable policy from this numorous organizaton like the most favoured nation（MFN）,which will reduce many chinese merchants' cost!
As for the challenges,it can't be denied that China will have to fave them in that China is new to WTO .so there are still some rules with which china are not familiar.On the other hand ,some developed contries stll keep catious attitude to our country.
But the main thing is China will enlarge its foreign trade and have wider channel to communicate with other countries .Through WTo ,we will have chance to learn from developed countries ,especiall their advanced science and technology.By that ,We can enchance our country's power.

China has been a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) for some years. It's a big progress for China as we can compete with the other countries in the world with our good quality and low cost products. As we all know, that China has more than enough sufficient labor man power, our domestic market is not yet able to create enough job opportunities for all these young people coming from their hometown and no longer being farmers. By entering WTO we have all the policy benefits set by the organization so our export industries can develop faster and better, when the industries expand we have a lot more new job vacancies for our people. We also face less and less trade barrier such as high import tax in some countries so the sales are growing rapidly.
At the same time, our government will also have to reduce or even cancel all protection policies to our domestic industries about import, which means the good foreign products can also rush into our market and compete with ours, no doubt the history and experience of many foreign companies are much longer and better than the Chinese ones, their products may be using higher technology and better design so it will be very tough for our companies/factories in the similar field to survive. We must make full use of our advantages such as low labor cost and create our own band in the international market. By locating the correct market we can be competitive than a lot of local companies abroad.
So all in all, China will have more benefit by joining WTO and hopefully with our efforts our export can do better and better.
