The first bar chart illustrates the main causes for study according to the age of students.We can see immediately that there are substantial differences in terms of the reason for study among students from under 26 to over 49.With age people are more likely to study in accordance with their interest,with figures from 10% under 26 to 70% over 49,while this percentage gradually declines by 10-20% every decade for career purposes (from 80% to around 18%).In addition,the percentage of people for different purposes reaches a comparable level,when people are in their forties,with each figure amounting to approximately 40%.
In the second bar chart,it gives the information about the employer support they obtained by age group.(when?)Compared with other age groups,employers are more willing to support young employees.We can see that the group of under 26 obtain the most support,with percentage standing at just over 60&,while,among other groups,people with the least support were those who aged between 30 an 39.
