said sb 倒装,可放在所说的话的中间或后面.

sb said 非倒装,用法多样,可放在所说的话的前面,中间或后面.
例如：At last she said: " I thought so this afternoon."
"No, sir, " he said, "our general is the strongest power."
I hope so," she said.
一般来说,如果直接引语后注明引语是什么人说的,而且主语是名词时,用倒装结构；而主语是代词时不用倒装.

简单来说的话，
第一个应该是说某人
第二个是某人说....

前者所说的话在前面，后者所说的话在后面。
