其实最佳答案应该是realizing或having realized,可惜你这里没有,从语法上只能选A了,因为B和D都会造成同义句里出现两套谓语动词,是不符合语法的,而C的被动含义(“她被意识到”)是不合常理的,因此尽管A的意思也很怪(她让我帮她,结果发现她自己抬不动那个重箱子),但矬子里拔将军,只能选A了.
