you should say:I am in Ireland now.My english oral is poor and it is hard for me to express my feelings in words when i am chatting with my Irish friends.

my suggestion is that you should look for a tuitor and learn standarded English because your english is really poor.Or you can talk to your friends more and try to find simpler words when apeaking.Personally,i felt it's better if you can find someone who can teach you oral.
