With the intensification of economic globalization, in recent years, logistics industry has been become a new industry and one of the modern service industry by the government. Any companies who want to profit from the logistics must do everything possible to reduce their logistics cost. A reasonable and scientific programming of the warehouse, whic is an important part of the logistics activities, helps the company to meet the needs of the house big circulation and solve the widespread problem of insufficient funds in warehousing industry, so the reasonable distribution of warehouse is very significant.This paper analyzes X company's basic present situation and its unreasonable arrangment, chaotic operation process and so on which existe during the development. The article uses three methods(SLP, RD and CORELAP) to redesign the existing unreasonable arrangement, making warehouse logistics activity is effective and logic through our scientific and standardized arrangeing. So it achieves the purpose which can decrease the cost of warehouse logistics and raise the utilization ratio of warehouse and inventory turnover ratio and promote the competitiveness of the warehouse.

In recent years,with the increasing of economic globalization,the logistics industry is included in the government to develop a new industry,and one of the modern service industry,for any enterprise want to gain profit from the logistics must find ways to reduce logistics cost.As an important part of the logistics activities, rational, scientific planning of the warehouse can make enterprise adapt to the needs of the materials circulation,solve the problem of insufficient funds warehousing widespread, so the rational distribution of the warehouse is far-reaching.
This paper analyzes the basic situation and development of the X's warehouse layout is unreasonable, operational processes confusion, mainly using the SPL the RD and CORELAP three methods of its warehouse layout design, scientific and standardized layout, making the warehouse logisticsthe activity is highly efficient, logical, which can reduce the warehouse logistics costs and reach the purpose of improving storage utilization and inventory turns and enhance the competitiveness of warehousing .

In view of the intensified process of economic globalization in recent years, the government
has exerted great efforts to develop the logistic industry as a new industry and one of the modern service industries. For any company that wishes to derive profits from logistic services, it must find ways and means to reduce the logistic costs. As an important link in the logistic operations, logical and scientific planning of the warehouses will allow companies to cope with the demand of goods circulation, and solve the problem of fund shortage which generally exists in the warehousing industry. Therefore, a rational layout of warehouses
would be of far-reaching significance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic situation of X Company’s warehouses and the various problems such as the irrational layout during the development of its warehouses and the
confusion in its operation process. Then the paper designs a layout plan for its warehouses by mainly adopting the SLP, RD and CORELAP methods; through the scientific and standardized arrangement, it presents a warehouse with highly efficient and logical logistic activities, so that the objectives of reducing the logistic cost of the warehouse and improving the rate of warehouse utilization and the inventory turnover, as well as enhancing the competitiveness
of warehousing will be achieved.
