Once upon a time,there was an island where all the feelings lived:Happiness,Sadness,Knowledge,and all of the others,including Love.One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink,so all constructed boats and left.Except for Love.Love was the only one who stayed.Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.When the island had almost sunk,Love decided to ask for help.Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat.Love said,"Richness,can you take me with you?"Richness answered,"No,I can't.There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat.There is no place here for you."Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel."Vanity,please help me!""I can't help you,Love.You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.Sadness was close by so Love asked,"Sadness,let me go with you.""Oh ...Love,I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"Happiness passed by Love,too,but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.Suddenly,there was a voice,"Come,Love,I will take you." These days I isolated myself from outside world. Hope I can make some progress on the project. Seems not easy. Have not speak to people for a couple of days. This make me have some difficulty to talk when I answered the phone. There are so much to learn, so much excitement in this world. What is my contribution to it, just watch it and admire it, with a dumb head try to understand. Sign, time is flying and wish myself good luck.
Good thing is I walked out of trouble in July, now try to solve the problem of August and prepare for September. Not bad !

What is time? Is it a thing to be saved or spent or wasted, like money? Or is it something we have no control over, like the weather? Americans see time as a valuable resource. Maybe that's why they are fond of the expression, "Time is money."
The early American hero Benjamin Franklin expressed this view best: "Do you love life? Then do not waste time, for that is the stuff（材料） life is made of."
American lifestyles（生活方式） show how much people respect（尊重） the time of others. When people plan an event, they often set the time days or weeks in advance. Once the time is fixed, it takes almost an emergency（紧急情况） to change it.
Even Americans would admit that no one can master（掌控） time. Time-like money-slips（溜掉） all too easily through our fingers. And time-like the weather-is very hard to predict（预料）. Nevertheless, time is one of life's most precious gifts. And unwrapping（撕开） it is half the fun.
