随着社会的日益发展,企业的用功机制越来越灵活,劳务派遣员工就是随着社会分工化不断细分而衍生出来的一种新兴行业.根据全国总工会2007年的统计,在公有制企业、事业单位和机关团体中,我国有劳务派遣员工2500万人左右,其中进建筑系统就超过1000万人.由于劳务派遣员工的用工特殊性,如何曾强员工对企业的忠诚度成为企业需要研究的课题.
组织承诺是个体认同并参与组织的强度,它与员工的忠诚度相似.本文以松原市城建公司的劳务派遣员工为研究对象,利用spss的相关性分析等工具从组织承诺这个因素出发,探讨他们和员工忠诚的关系,从而提出加强派遣员工忠诚度的策略.达到提高员工忠诚度的效果.
