The death toll in a school bus accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in the northwest province of Gansu has risen to 20 following the death of one child later Wednesday.　　The accident happened around 9:40 a.m.in Yulinzi township of Zhengning county,according to a statement from the bureau.The statement said five people died at the scene,including four children and their bus driver,while 15 others,their teacher included,were confirmed dead by the afternoon.The statement said another 44 children were injured in the accident and have been hospitalized.Twelve of the injured are in a serious condition.The truck was carrying coal,the statement said.
The bureau has blamed overloading for the accident,stating that the bus -- a van with nine seats -- was carrying 64 people.

Like it or not, the year school bus accidents happen frequently .It have caught attention of our people in our society. According to the newspaper, people, especially elementary school students, are die more and more for school bus accident. To get a better realize of it, it is necessary for us to find out its causes.
A closer analysis of the phenomenon can find that three main factors should call for more of our concern. In the first place, it is the product of school have to choose the bad school bus,Because the school not have enough money for equipped with the better bus. In the second, it is seen among the driver , didn't observe the traffic regulation ,such as drive beyond the limited speed,druging or drinking drive and so on. And most of all, it is an inevitable result of the government pay less attention on that ,so didn't take some measures prevent the tragedy occur.
While there are three reasons of the accident happened ,In my opinion ,the most important thing is that the government must have more policy to improve the school bus's quality and regulate school bus . And hope the school bus's quality will be more better than before.
