With the development of entertaning industry,watching Spring Festival gala has already become an important part of our
celebration,which has been continued for about twenty years.
In my memory,watching gala ,eating a huge feast and playing fireworks with family members together are the most impressive events in Spring Festival.
But now,many people are standing against its continueing.Their reasons seem somewhat been favorable to society.They said that the gala cost an enormous number of monet which could be better spent in more meaningful places.They also think the gala is getting more and more boring every year.
In my opinion,however,the gala should be continued.Firstly,it's the best opportunity for family members to get together.Every one is busy working that even has no time to communicate with one's family members.Sometimes,being together the process itself is good enough to please your parents who have been looking forward to gathering for a whole year.although the gala is a formality ,but it provides the best occasion and apparently it's vital.Secondly ,Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival in Chinese hearts.We do need a nationwide programme which suits every class to link every Chinese people.Gala is no doubt the most qualified choice.
I don't think those people who dislike the gala could stand for every chinese people.Most people have simple tastes anyway.
In a word,advantages are much more than disadvantages.I believe the directer and actors and actress have pulled their weight to create a better gala.We should respect their effort instead of complaining all the time .
So,I do really support it being continued.
