同时,杭州固有的茶文化旅游资源没能得到很好的利用.2005年6月正是杭州旅游的黄金季节,但作为茶故乡的茶叶博物馆几乎没有游客前来参观,许多展厅里甚至没有见到工作人员[2].这样具有历史底蕴的茶文化旅游资源,只在节庆活动时热闹一阵,平时冷冷清清,缺乏宣传力度.
