Nowadays,without a doubt,everyone dreams of a high paid .But who could get higher salaries?Some individuals hold the view that well—educated persons should be given higher income than those who have lower education.I majored in journalism,and I ever interviewed some high—income people for an magazine .What is more,I really found there was an interesting relationship between the education and the salary.However,as far as I am concerned,the above-mentioned point of view is only partly true.Although the educational background is a measure of getting high paid,one’s real ability is more essential.
Indisputably,one’s real ability plays a key role in getting high-paid jobs.Firstly,the abilities of individuals decide the quality of work.Specifically,your paid depends on what you can do and how you do it.Secondly,……

写不下去,是英语问题吗?——如果是英文没有达到相应的高度,应该是开头结尾也写不出；我看了你写的英文,除了一些词语用的不对：比如persons,和少数语法问题外,还是比较通顺的.
那么你的问题出在哪呢?思路,就是没有思路.多年来的应试教育局限了我们思维的空间,使得我们在拿到一个题目的时候往往不是不会写而是不知道写什么.换句话说：还是这道题目翻译成中文,让考生用中文去写一篇200字的文章,大家一定都能拿7分以上吗?
那么如何拓宽思路呢?这是一个复杂的问题,是一个长期积累的过程.即将面临考试的我们现在选择拓宽知识面这条路肯定是走不通的.因此就只有发挥咱们中国学生的考试特长,来一个临阵磨枪.
拿到一个雅思作文题目,从八个方面考虑,分别是：金钱、时间、环境／健康、道德／犯罪、智力／教育、心理／情感、权力、文化／传统.选定方面以后再详细展开.
比如说这道题：你是否赞成受教育程度高的人比受教育程度低的人赚钱多.
我随便举些例子,真正写的时候你按着这个思路可以想出很多很多.
从“金钱”方面：赞成——接受高等教育要交昂贵的学费,高投入理应获得高回报；反对——有些优秀的人因为无法负担昂贵的学费辍学了,这部分人学习能力也很强,在工作中一样能够很快的成长并成为业务骨干.
从“时间”方面：赞成——学习时间长,从人的一生来说相对用来赚钱的时间就要被缩短,那么自然应该让这些人收入高,否则就没有人愿意接受高等教育,都6岁出去拉车了,社会也有责任引导大家提高自身素质,接受高等教育,因此要制定相应的法律法规保证这些人的收入；反对——一个18岁就进入公司工作的人干了4年,为公司付出很多；一个22岁大学毕业的人刚进公司拿的薪水就比他高,会让这些在公司基层辛劳的人寒心,不利于公司的和谐发展.
等等吧,我就不一一举例了,每个方面你肯定都会有的写,实在想不出来也无所谓,一共8个方面,逐一的想过去,总有一两个切入点,凑个200字不难.
个人建议你考前报个辅导班,雅思考试还是有很多技巧的.很多东西我也不方便在这里说,因为我只是一个曾经参加过雅思培训的学员,这样把老师讲的东西放出来,不知道是否不尊重他们的劳动成果,毕竟人家是要靠这个吃饭的.
