Dear Mananger of Sales Dept.
I write this letter to complain one lousy mobile phone I bought from NO.6 branch store of your company,model XX-NNN ,which are proclaimed as "changing the world" in your advertisement.
After I powered on this phone,I should say this phone didn't change the world at all,but my mind.I never use a mobile phone like this,bad looking,tricky manipulation,feeling like a plastic instead of metal,and even worse,I CAN NOT even send out a SMS or take a picture .
It made me more upset after trying it again and again,and I finaily decid to return this phone and get my fund back.
Please advise

Thank you for taking your precious time to read my letter.
I am writing to compain the quality of the mobile phone and in the hope of that you can help me to solve the problem.I am a customer who buy a mobile phone from your campany.However I found something wrong with the mobile phone.The mobile phone can not be used to send messages and take photoes.What is the reason?I don't understand.
I would,however,be perfectly satisfied if you would kindly rplace the mobile phone or refund my mony,whichever is more convenient.
Finally once again thank you to read my letter.
