摘 要:从湖南小溪自然保护区采中分离出XX-6菌株,用静置开放式培养法研究碳源、氮源、金属离子对该菌降解孔雀石绿的影响.结果表明,菌株脱色最适合降解条件为醋酸钠12g/L,硝酸氨0.8g/L,盐度小于16g/L,在上述各培养条件下,对浓度为100mg/L不灭菌的孔雀石绿溶液静止培养5d,脱色率达90%以上.因此,该菌对处理印染废水具有较好的应用潜力.

Pick to:from hunan stream nature reserve of isolated strains of XX - 6,using method for open source of carbon and nitrogen source of research,metal ion to the degradation of malachite green.Results showed that the most suitable strains decoloring conditions for the degradation of sodium nitrate 12g/L,0.8 g/L,ammonia 16g/L,salinity than in the foregoing conditions,to cultivate the concentration of 100mg/L don't sterilization of malachite green,bleaching solution still cultivate 5d rate is 90%.Therefore,the bacterium on printing and dyeing wastewater treatment with good potential application.
