While In the rural areas,things are more serious.The children lack the necessary nutrition.According to a survey of World Bank,half of the poor children in rural area got malnourished and nearly 90% of them got worm disease.
And according to another survey,the average height of the children in rural area is shorter than that of the children in urban area.For example,the children at the age of 17,the boys living in the city is about 6 centimeters higher than the boys living in the countryside,the difference for the girls is about 3 centimeter.

No 1,the first things we think is donate.Maybe someday think we are not rich enough to help them,but actually you can make a big difference by just donating 5 dollar Singapore every mouth,that is the total fee for a primary school student.And to help a second school student,we only need less than 10 dollar a mouth.I went to many charity website,I saw many people want to show their love for the poor.a ten year old children want donate 30dollars.I was a little shocked because this is a large amount for a Chinese child.A Chinese student in New Zealand wants to donate 600 dollars a year.And he wants to give more after he get a job.He is really a kind man.
No.2 the second way to help them is just donate some thing you don’t use.Maybe there are many books you want to throw into the dustbin,but they may be very precious for the poor children.
And the third way is even easier; you can help them a lot if only you show your love and encouragement to them.You can write a letter to a poor child to help him or her to solve the problems in study or life.Maybe a letter of you can change a life of the child.
