If there is one thing to do that can promote you the most priceless thing in the whole wide world - health,it would be sport activities.Sports allow you to be active,and it is the key to being healthy.With one's well-being,the inner state of happiness can therefore be achieved.You can do different sports in different seasons; for instance,skiing during winter,and swimming during summer.However,with more adventurous attempts and more advanced techonology,you can enjoy possibly every season-related sport during any season.Therefore,why sitting around and let health slip through your fingers,get active,get moving!

We Love Sports
It is a good habit to keep exercising out of door frequently. Sports, such as balls, race, Jaculation and so on, are all our favourite. Enjoying sports can makes us keep healthy. I like to do exercises every day. I do jogging in the morning, play football in the afternoon. On weekends, I usually go swimming or climbing. therefore, I seldom suffer from illness. Sports should be changed with the season，for example go skating in the winter. If we love sorts, we are sure to live happily.
