6.Quality Standards:
The vendor is responsible for the quality of products,and our random sample inspection does not release the vendor's responsibility to meet the quality standard we set out.The vendor is responsible for any costs,fee or change incurred as a result of inferior products.The vendor also agrees to use lead free and non-hazardous material for the production of products and lead free paint/ink for imprints and decoration of the product during production.We reserve the right to engage a third party testing company to verify if such practice is maintained in mass production and that the product is safe and meets USA ASTM standards and requirements .** will appoint third party testing company to conduct tests.
7.Vendor is responsible to get goods ready and ensure quality compliance for inspection.if goods is rejected due to non-compliance,we will charge$250USD for each additional inspection,and the charge will be deducted from the payment of goods.
8.The vendor is to ensure shipment will be made per delivery date committed above,and will be held responsible for any cost,fee or charge incurred directly or indirectly due to delay of shipment caused by the vendor.
